Yes, you may send me an email for an offer of less than the listed price. We may agree to the offered price or we may make a counteroffer.

How are items shipped and when?
Items are shipped via us postal service unless other arrangements are made, such as local pickup. Items are shipped out within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive an email providing you with the date of shipment so you will known when to expect your item.

What if there is a problem when I receive my item.
You must contact me within 2 days of receipt, via email, to alert me to the problem so that the problem may be resolved in a timely manner.

What happens if an item is damaged during shipping?
In the event an item is damaged during shipping, all effort will be made to obtain postal insurance reimbursement.
